Hall claims to be an "Evidenced Based" researcher but he does not present any actual Evidence! For the most part his videos run along the lines of "I spoke to a person I cannot name who Knew someone who Knew someone else who had a friend who worked with a relative at Such and Such a place who told a story about seeing photographs that vanished but assures me it is all true". In other words ZERO Evidence. Two years ago, as he asks people to do, we sent him a stack of actual Evidence that one of his Favorites was fabricating a story based on scripts from an episode of "The invaders 1967" and another stack of evidence that contradicted his viewpoint regarding the Filing-dales facility and the people he claims to have met there. Rather than actually consider what we sent he simply brushed it off as he put's it being "Of No Value". So much for his "Objective Evidence Based" approach. Within months of doing this he then hitched his wagon, without question, to that complete loon Judy Wood. Again he was sent a stack of actual Evidence from a number of people refuting the claims of Judy Wood to which his only responses were again "I see nothing of value here. Regards". That's strike One Two and Three against Rich Hall. He is very much like the "Disclosure Project" which in almost Twenty Years has never actually Disclosed anything.Fezhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13411008387820287964noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-834822786084044829.post-77336993499779945782016-03-02T10:04:52.341+00:002016-03-02T10:04:52.341+00:00Here is what Mr Bennett has said about the videos ...Here is what Mr Bennett has said about the videos this morning on CMoMM. I don't think that he would be so forgiving of mistakes in anyone else's work.

It sounds as if Pat Brown is off his Christmas card list now!

"Reaching a wider audience"

Post Tony Bennett Today at 9:34 am

@Verdi wrote:
As far as I'm concerned Richard D Hall is, through his documentaries - raising awareness - raising questions that haven't so far been answered - by reaching a wider audience...

@ Verdi Whether Richard Hall is mostly wrong, or has made a lot of mistakes, or is mostly right, the 'wider audience' you talk about is certainly being reached.

One way to gauge this is by totting up the number of views his films have had on YouTube. Here is a summary of the relevant stats:

TRUE STORY, released August 2014: 41 separate uploads of all or part of his first film by 17 different individuals, so far viewed over 800,000 times

PHANTOMS, released April 2015: 30 separate uploads of all or part of his second film by 11 different individuals, so far viewed over 100,000 times

WHEN MADELAINE DIED?, released February 2016: 13 separate uploads of all or part of his third film already (the first upload was dated 19 February), so far viewed, in just 12 days, over 28,000 times.

So, approaching one million YouTube views, and that's not counting all the many who have viewed it direct on his own site, or via blip.tv, or in their own homes via his DVDs.

Looking at the figures from recent days,'True Story' continues to attracts over 1,500 new views every day...

...'Phantoms' is currently running at 700 new views a day...

...while 'When Madeleine Died?' had over 20,000 new views in its first week of being uploaded to YouTube a day and is currently attracting well over 1,000 each day.

---

I will just add one further comment. Criminal profiler Pat Brown has recently published a rather savage, and unjustified, attack on Richard Hall, describing his theories in his latest film as 'unevidenced'.

A much more accurate comment, however, was published a few days ago in another place by the lady who translated Goncalo Amaral's book, 'The Truth of the Lie' into English, 'AnneEsse'.

After watching Richard's film, she described it as 'information-rich'.

A stark contrast, if I may say so, from Pat Brown's recent utterings on the case.Sandranoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-834822786084044829.post-59214989149832276052016-03-01T00:18:15.006+00:002016-03-01T00:18:15.006+00:00yes Ros PJ + GA and all other witnesses were there...yes Ros PJ + GA and all other witnesses were there and agree some parts of RDHs need rebuilding but there is more to come apparently so lets see.enjoy reading your blog thank you s.edAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-834822786084044829.post-60454998564802389212016-02-29T16:54:13.270+00:002016-02-29T16:54:13.270+00:00While doctors have distinct areas of expertise - p...While doctors have distinct areas of expertise - perhaps in areas such as how quickly a corpse can develop the scent of cadaver - they are not experts in sniffer dogs and their findings.

Despite Jane Tanner's 'Tweedledum and Tweedledee' comment on the Portuguese police (not to mention the trashy Murdoch press xenophobic 'sardine-munching' slurs on the Portuguese police) I think that from the outset the Portuguese police were running rings around Team McCann. And the pesky old unreliable sniffer dogs cracked the case, imo. No wonder Kate and Gerry were so desperate to drum up the (very few) cases when sniffer dogs had been unreliable!

It is also of note that the (Murdoch) media stories of the route that the search and rescue dogs took is completely inaccurate. The route reported by the press takes a route that would be consistent with the abduction story. As the route follows the nearest exit from the building and then goes up the road along the route described by Jane Tanner who clams she was 'the abductor'.

However the real route taken by the search and rescue dogs goes away from the nearest exit and circles the entire block (presumably so the dogs could sniff at apartment 5J both at the front and then again at the back so to confirm their findings). This is a completely illogical route to the exent that it makes the abduction story even more ridiculous than it already is. I imagine that TM tried to lay a false trail for the dogs to follow - one that would support their abduction story. But their lack of understanding about how sniffer dogs work meant that their attempts completely backfired, imo!

As always the police and the dogs ran rings around them and served to make their story look as ridiculous as it really is.
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-834822786084044829.post-53128719443695165432016-02-29T16:53:49.321+00:002016-02-29T16:53:49.321+00:00Indicators, imo, that might support Detective Amar...Indicators, imo, that might support Detective Amaral's opinion that Madeleine died that week (although I think maybe prior to Thursday late afternoon/evening) and that Madeleine's body was hidden, frozen and transported in a car.

1. The cadaver dog alerts to behind the sofa of 5A. I think this was the first hiding place.
2. The cadaver alerts to the Renault Scenic hired by the McCanns three weeks later. The length of time it took to transport the body - presumably away from a hiding place not that far from Luz to somewhere else - possibly Madeleine's 'final resting place'.
3. Early 'search and rescue' dogs that came in during the early hours of 4th May and also again a few days later become very agitated outside both the front and back of empty apartment 5J. While they do not alert to the scent of an alive person which is what they are trained to do (in this case it would be an alive Maddie) nevertheless their agitation - several different dogs on several different occasions - might indicate that they detected cadaver odour coming from 5J. Therefore I think this might have been the first place that the body was moved to when it left apartment 5A. The apartment is on the same floor as the Paynes and the only other occupied apartment - where Mrs Fenn lives - is next door to the Paynes (and at the other end of the corridor from 5J).The Paynes can therefore watch Mrs Fenn's movements to ensure she is out when the body is moved to and of course from 5J.
4. The Portuguese police photograph a large blue bag in the bedroom of the McCanns which later disappears. This could have been used to move the body at some stage. Presumably not to 5J but perhaps from there to another hiding place.
5. The cadaver dogs alert to the Renault Scenic - hired three weeks after Madeleine disappeared - lead to examination of bodily fluids found in the boot which indicated to the PJ that Madeleine's body had been frozen.
6. When the Portuguese police eventually gain keys to apartment 5J, they find a fridge (fridge/freezer?) with the door open and rotting food inside. This could be an indicator of a deliberate attempt to give the dogs a non-suspicious reason for becoming agitated outside this particular apartment.
7. The McCanns claim that the Scenic was used to transport bloody meat and also dirty nappies. Gerry claims that Sean had developed a taste for sea-bass. This might indicate that they wish to find a non-suspicious reason for the dogs alerting to blood in the car and the dogs alerting to cadaver scent (sea bass (scent) can give a false [positive for cadaver?
8. Search and rescue dogs also alert to apartment 5H which was the Payne's apartment. Payne's 'pact' comment and visit to 5A in the early afternoon of 3rd May (and other indicators) might indicate that he had some level involvement in Madeleine's disappearance. Two bags of rubbish had been place outside 5H when the 'search and rescue' dogs did at least one of the searches. This might indicate that the bags had been deliberately placed there to provide a non-suspicious reason for the dog alerts.
9. Dogs also alerted to apartment 4G which is where the McCanns were moved to from 5A. Outside 4G there were trays with plate, cutlery and napkins that had been used. Again, this might indicate a need to plant items so there was a non-suspicious reason for the dog alerts.

Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-834822786084044829.post-55855967752386859352016-02-29T12:59:26.298+00:002016-02-29T12:59:26.298+00:00Why would anyone support the Richard Hall videos? ...Why would anyone support the Richard Hall videos? This is a man who clearly needs to be on medication. He's written various articles about the dangers of psychiatry, and I seem to recall one in which he mouths off about his (obviously intelligent) shrink, who recommended that he take something for his delusional state of mind.

Of course, rather than listening to an expert, Richard would far rather see all kinds of conspiracies behind "medication" of the mind. Anyone of sound mind knows that in a court of law the dog alerts would not be included as conclusive evidence but as regards the investigation they were and still are, valuable intelligence. As I'm sure we all know the basic principles of scent contamination be it fags, lamb stew or eau de cadavar but to so readily dismiss the strong possibility of a corpse being transported in the Renault Scenic for that reason alone is frightfully naive if not bizarre.

The PJ files are indeed very detailed but that detail doesn't necessarily equate to fact, this I believe is where personal interpretation comes into play. Is it really likely in any civilised country that a police force would dismiss such important intelligence only because the alerts were not corroborated by forensic analysis? Any more than the independent witness statements can be taken as gospel, it's asking a lot to expect a staff member in a holiday resort to remember seeing a specific pink blond pretty little girl at any given time.

Anyone that wishes to destroy the credibility of a detective such as Goncalo Amaral can subtly do so by using the forensic reports, for example, to play off against his investigation and to humiliate him.
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-834822786084044829.post-19470646441892457612016-02-25T19:37:55.017+00:002016-02-25T19:37:55.017+00:00Ros says at 18.13 "He seems determined to und...Ros says at 18.13 "He seems determined to undermine the theory of Goncalo Amaral and the PJ,.."

But Ros you don't agree with Amaral's theory of accidental death by falling off the sofa.
