here're just a few words reg...Hello Rosalinda,
here're just a few words regarding my view on the Madeleine case today, but it may perhaps not add anything to what has alreday been said earlier on your blog.

What I miss in all documentaries, articles and books, which are dealing with the Madeleine case, is a concise account of the events around Madeleine’s disappearance, which has to be kept separate from all the fantasies about gypsies stealing children, paedophiles trafficking small children and burglars breaking into apartments, all of which can be derived from the McCanns’ narrative.

As for Netflix’s documentary of the case, just to mention one, it’s nothing but a blend of myth and reality without any clear structure, and in fact more confusing than clarifying and confusion rarely leads to crimes becoming properly investigated, let alone resolved. The only ones wo benefit from such a disorder are the McCanns and those who do not wish that they will ever be investigated again.

There’re basically two versions of the Madeleine case. One is fictional and the other is real, but they’re so intimately intertwined and the difficulty lies in distinguishing one from the other. I am nevertheless convinced Rosalinda, that you would do better than most "media prophets" if you decided to take on the task of bringing clarity in the case (in literal form).

Björnnoreply@blogger.com
