ASK THE AUDIENCE

Britain is on the brink of a constitutional crisis, and it is going to get considerably worse if the fate of the UK is put into the hands of the totally incompetent, lying cheating. blustering Boris Johnson.  If he takes the helm we are heading straight into a cliff.

There has to be a General Election. The Brexit deal as devised by Theresa May should be set out in a simplified bullet point format, so the public can see what the House of Commons are voting for or rejecting.  It is about time the public knew exactly what is on the table.  I would suggest Jeremy gets his pal, filmmaker Ken Loach, to make a public information film, yes, of the old fashioned variety, setting out exactly what a 'deal' with Europe looks like, what  a 'no deal' looks like and how Labour would handle it.

Right now, everyone is arguing about principles, not facts.  Theresa May kept us in the dark as to what Brexit will actually mean, how each of us will be affected.  Vital medication for example? Are people hoarding? Should they be hoarding?  I want someone to explain it all to me 'like I'm a 4 year old', and I'm guessing, I am far from the only one.

The problem with the Referendum lay in the fact that the public were woefully uninformed as to what leaving the European Union would actually mean.  They were guided by Boris Johnson's false claim that the UK would save £350m per week and Farage's fake posters of hoards of immigrants heading for the UK

This time around there is no excuse for the public not to be fully informed.  Theresa May lost every time because she went with her own judgement rather than the wishes of the majority.  And we the public do not know what deals she made, because there must be hundreds, if not thousands, of individual ones.  On Human Rights for example, will the UK continue to uphold the principles of the European Court? Are the tory echelons dusting off their horsewhips?

It takes a talented expert to explain a complex subject in simplified terms and the Labour Party has such experts and such talent.  To win a snap election, all they have to do is set out the facts for the public to decide.

  1. You'd think our Queen would spot this. Her subjects are in a state of chaos because of the demented machinations of successive Tory Parties and leaders. It doesn't take a degree to spot the obvious. But it takes a souls to care about it.She can dissolve a government at 24 hours notice and call for an election. But she'd have to perceive the need or, having perceived the need, care enough to do it.Why wouldn't she care ? Because she doesn't work like other human beings. She's wired in a different way. Thousands of years ago there would have been dire consequences for the throne. That's why we were given politicians in the first place. A buffer between us and them.People get enraged by the state of the country and argue over various politicians and parties because you can't blame the throne as they aren't political.

What can happen ? Thousands, possibly millions, of angry tweets out to get likes from people.Virtual political 'activists' will remain on their arses typing. The venting will be done. But nobody would leave their account long enough to march on Westminster or Buckingham Palace. They might miss a like.

It's time for some genuine politicians to step up and make some noise. We've heard enough from yes men and women. We've read enough lies and propaganda in the media.Let's see some politicians who genuinely put the people first make a name for themselves. No more bullshit. No more bullshitters. No more Tory rule.

  2. Can't help feeling that it reflects the lack of political engagement in England. The document setting out the steps required to implement Scottish independence was over an inch thick. The one for Brexit was written on the back of a fag packet. It is vital we acknowledge that the process was flawed from day one and start again.

    1. I see the race for the big job is heating up.The slow witted privileged elite slob, Boris has shocked the country by getting a haircut that makes him appear like an adult and has taken to fastening buttons on suits that almost fit his mess of a physique. In the meantime, the wicked witch of the north west has been doing the rounds on TV showing that when it comes to real bullshit and dishonesty she is still without peer.Welcome to the wonderful world of the creature Mcvey .

McVey has led a charmed life.If she needed money she was given a leg up. That was skill she'd find more than useful later on as 'progressed' her way to the top.She has very flexible legs apparently.

She 'ran' her family building firm once. Her Dad's to be precise. So the only qualification she needed then was DNA.

When wanting to raise her profile on TV she found herself partnered up under the same roof as Mal Young, BBC high roller producer. He was useful until she fancied a go at politics.

When Cameron was the 'new brush sweeping clean' he thought it would be smart to bring in some women who could wear a suit. That's a good move.Get the feminists onside.Experience in politics ? What about it..she'd been on the TV so that's close enough. At least it was until she was slaughtered by labour in the election ( Wirral).Somehow the 'glam' Tory poster girl landed the deputy role to sheriff Ian Duncan Smith, the psychotic hunter of the ill and working classes. When he ran for the hills she got his job. Then she messed that one up too.But not before gloating via Tory rags about how he personal intervention had scuppered individual sickness benefit claims.

She gave politics up to become, inexplicably, chair of the British Transport Police Authority .She cut her 4 year contract in half when the Tories called. The Tories were impressed with her idea of 'honour'.

Soon it would be the turn of Ed Vaizey MP to help her up the ladder. How 'romantic'. Then it was the turn of Philip Davis MP.Another 'romantic interest'.Both MPs with chequered and well publicised pasts. But both useful in giving Esther a leg over. I mean up.Not a great day for feminism...

I suppose it's marginally preferential to a bloated halfwit who used to get up to 'japes' with Cameron and 'the chaps' such as inserting his member for SW1 into a pigs' head. But it's some choice. And to think that these are the very people who designed a negative PR campaign intended to undermine Mr Corbyn because of how he dressed...

So, let's get the popcorn out and watch him talking himself into corners as Esther is exposed by former colleagues on TV for her lying. These are the shallow and seedy pond life who tried to influence public opinion against

Boris was stabbed in the back by the slimy snake Gove to let May in and look how that ended up.

At least Boris had the decency to resign as did David Davies over the horrendous Chequers deal that May was trying to ram down the throats of all those at the Chequers meeting and to agree with it before they'd even had a chance to read the 585 pages.

The lack of progress is because May tried to get the WA through Parliament 3 times but the MPs had had time by then to read through it and found it was far removed from "Brexit" and in fact was a worse deal then we have with the EU now.

The fact that Boris has ever been taken seriously for any serious position has always stumped me( see what i did there?).The Hugh Grant foppishness along with the Patrick Moore eccentricity is from another age, let alone completely contrived. He's more of a celebrity because of that and , like our bright US cousins, celebrity is far more important than politics.Who has the time or attention span to scrutinise finer points when we can watch the clowns perform and laugh and rant about their manner.Donald Trump and Boris Johnson. The joint leaders of the free world; the allies.F**k me sideways, what happened to the world. It's a bit like the old cliche about every age getting the art it deserves. Every age gets the leaders it deserves. If things run their natural cause, the day will come when the chaos and damage has become so bad that whichever generation is around by then will be taught how democracy and freedom was responsible for it all.The people voted the fools in and the rest, by then, will be history. The conclusion will be that democracy was a bad idea but it was given a long, long time to work but failed. So it's time for a world government.Job done.Problem, reaction, solution...

It's been the way for years now, Oscar. And not just in England, it's global.Do you think Trump or Johnson would have come close to be considered anything important politically in the 60s or 70s when students listened and read and used books and discussed protests and rallies ? Not a chance.Libraries in our cities are now relics of a bygone age and many of the younger generation would rather you came at them with a knife than a book. The so-called miracle of the age- the internet, and mobile phone technology, has programmed most people to think no further than a click away or read beyond a paragraph. It's the age that reflects, more than ever, the victory of appearance over content.People will generally read the bullet points as they are too busy doing nothing but play with their fingers and thumbs. The ultimate triumph of divide and conquer.

What can he bring to the party...

Well, McVey brought her 'revolving door' knickers and recipe for fast tracking your way to what you need, and Boris has confessed to his less -then -spotless past, but without admitting his on-off sexual relationship with a particular deceased farm animal's head. What can the bizarre Mister G follow those with ?

Possibly, he could reminisce about how he became Minister for Education for a reason nobody could understand. He was put in a position that allowed him to pontificate to teachers how they should go about shaping the minds and morals of our young. He could talk about that, but I doubt he will.It could be embarrassing. It coincided, you see, with the time it was revealed that he had been more than fond of snorting substantial amounts of Colombia's most famous export.Did he not realise the tricks that long term use of it could play on your mind ? Seemingly not.As it also coincided with another embarrassing revelation. That would be the one that was causing faces to redden even more in the Blue party.Him and his beloved wife decided to live it up and party for a weekend at a fancy hotel. They took their 11 year old son along too. But, don't worry, they didn't want him to be exposed to such questionable leisure activities. So they left him in the room all night. The poor kid had to go walkabout and find a night porter to report his concerns about his missing parents. If only his parents could learn from him....

Obviously, all of this met with outrage from his fellow minister and the PM. Clearly this loose cannon needed to be 'reshuffled' and take his medicine like a man.Fortunately in 2016 a few other Tory MPs had been caught with their knickers down around that time( none of them women by the way) and a 'reshuffle' of the deck was ordered. And in true dealing-from-the-bottom fashion, old 'Grovey' was punished in true Tory fashion. He was promoted to Chief Whip, then Justice Secretary, then Lord Chancellor. Is it me, or does there seem to be a sickening pattern in the Tory psyche. One that punishes humanity and rewards dishonesty, immorality and general seediness. These are now in competition to see which one makes the rules for the lives of the population of the UK.Not good, is it...

  4. So, the 'big debate' on TV happened. All the candidates in a battle of wits to win hearts and minds. The very debate that Boris J had called for and publicly welcomed once it was announced. But, conspicuous by his absence, was Boris himself.Where was he ? No sick note, no phone calls making an apology- nothing. That's how serious he takes the possibility of being Britain's next PM.Or is it more a case of his ego is as bloated as his mass and he is so arrogantly confident that it's already a done deal that he doesn't even need to show up for a debate....

What we were left with was the remaining candidates advertising how weak they were outside of an office environment.Sharp suited and physically robotic, they each took a turn to deliver political jargon, occasional cliche, but little else other than vague empty sounding promises about delivering Brexit.Clearly that still isn't going to be happening with any more speed than Theresa may thought she'd enjoy but didn't.

In a mind-gaming masterstroke, Boris Johnson's handlers pulled him out.We were left with the memory of weak arguments and bickering from weak bickering politicians.Had Boris attended, he would no doubt have stood out for all the wrong reasons. He would be the one with the least well fitting suit, the indecisive candyfloss 'hair do' inspired by Trump, and his general confusion, limited vocabulary and inane rambling. But, we have no memory of that.He dodged the bullet with skill. Now we have a choice. The choice of those who turned up and messed up.Boris in the clear again.A nice way to slip into 10 Downing Street via the tradesman's entrance.

In the meantime, London has seen a rash of murders overnight.London. the capital of which 'Bojo' was once the Lord Mayor( yes, true story).A headline so startling that the president of Twitter, Donald Trump, has taken to the internet-no really, he has - to criticise London's Mayor, successor to Johnson and 'liberal' Muslim ( whatever that means). Trump has described him as a disgrace, completely unaware, apparently, of the 40,000 murders that occurred in the US last year on his watch. And that isn't including any committed by the police .

'On Wednesday, Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe said: "One thing we'd like to see in the future is a joint investigation team which comes under the European community. It is a possibility legally, and we're working together at a political level and at a police and judicial level to see how we can construct that.

"There are two separate inquiries with a different focus – we've got one particular set of lines of inquiry and they have a different one. But it's important that we work together on what is clearly a common problem.

"It's a formal arrangement, it allows officers from each country to work in the other country, it gives them powers associated with that, and it's an efficient way of doing it.

"If you're not careful, you end up doing things on an ad-hoc basis, and for us it would be better to have that type of arrangement. So that's what we're trying to get agreement between the two governments and the two police services."'

Yes Bernard, and when you have organised the political in-house minefield and red tape, maybe you can tell us why the case is never funded 'ad hoc' but regularly.Strange that isn't it.The only aspect of it all that runs like clockwork is the request for funding and the funding. If you had read the press before pouring our your bile re Johnson you would have found out that he refused to go on the Channel 4 bun fest but agreed to do the BBC1 one instead which is on tomorrow night (18th) at 8 p.m.

I didn't watch the Channel 4 one but have read all the comments on the internet regarding it, it looks like a complete stitch up and that Hunt and Stewart will be in the last two (both Remainers), Stewart being put in place by May and the Biderbergers, Clarke being one of his biggest backers (a true Bilderberger), Boris will be sidelined for two Remainers.

What the Conservative members will make of that, God only knows.

The Tory Party will be toast at the next GE if they are left with two Remainers to choose from.

With regard to you having a go at Trump and the deaths by shooting or whatever, hasn't it escaped your mind that the US is about 100 times larger than the UK? Has it also escaped your mind that we are bound by the EU laws and we are now wimps and have no say in prison sentences of our own but are told what to do by foreign powers i.e. a life sentence is now about 12 years, although now halved, so say 6 years for murdering someone. If we can rid ourselves of the corrupt EU and make our own laws perhaps we can then get some decent laws in place like life meaning life for a murder. We need someone with a backbone and foresight to sort this country out that has sunk into a pit of depravity where murder is now seen as common place when it should be a sentence that frightens someone into thinking what they may lose themselve before taking a life.

My 'bile' is simply a set of observations.I stand by them.

Leavers? Remainers ? Makes no difference to the result of the Tory fight. Most of the party are remainers. That's why we are where we are- May wanted out.The majority of her party didn't.The elite love the EU, it's corrupt. It aspires to be a new superpower as History reshuffles again.Empires rise and fall, they always have. We're on a cusp right now.

Whatever mathematics you want to use Re how big the US is in terms of population, it still doesn't give their moronic president the right to sit on his brains and make pronouncements about any London mayor being a disgrace.Does 40,000 murders stop being a significant number because there are 280 million living there ?Tell that to the families who survived the death of a loved one. Then tell them that their deterrents and laws are ok considering the size of the population. Then tell them that their President is so unconcerned that he's busying himself expressing anger at a handful of murders in London( where he isn't the president).

The law has always been 'an ass' here. It's an ass in most places. But the UK laws aren't necessarily down to the EU alone. We removed capital and corporal punishment in the early 60s before we were in Europe.Judges are allowed to use their own subjective 'discretion' when passing a sentence and also when deciding on discount for a defendant who has been found guilty.I know of someone who murdered his partner who was found guilty of manslaughter even though it was a planned assault and he received three years. On the same day in the same country a man of similar age received three years for defacing a public building with painted slogans. In Portugal a life sentence has cap built in to sentencing.Very seldom will you receive 25 years. They prefer a maximum of twelve. If the crime is really serious, such as serial killing, then the guilty party will still only receive one sentence. He may have killed 6 women but he'll get one sentence. They're part of the EU too.

Only the rope was a deterrent.Or the needle. But in our postmodern age we, the enlightened, removed that as it infringed upon human rights and it only delivered revenge, not justice( apparently). So, we can pat ourselves on our evolved backs but as long as we always keep an eye over our evolved shoulder.....

  9. As pointed out further up, last week( 15th) the headlines wee shared by two major stories. The anticipated TV debate which was dominated by Boris Johnson's non-attendance, and the three-then a fourth- murder in London, where he had previously been the Mayor. It was suggested that the two might sort of combine to provide an opportunity for Boris to magically appear in saviour role, in true American hero style, to use them for self promotion. And, what did he do ? He came out and did exactly that, as someone else pointed out, by reminding everyone how he and Howe had slashed knife crime and crime in general and that he could therefore apply his powers to other areas that are causing havoc, like the ailing NHS, the damage caused by benefit 'reforms', social housing and the economy. He didn't actually quote those areas as he has little understanding of them and they don't really effect him and other millionaires. But he said he could rescue the country because of some dubious statistical results he'd commissioned about stabbings. If any of this charade was remotely genuine or trustworthy then it couldn't have been so easily and quickly predicted. I suggest it's time for Corbyn to start making some promises about the points that matter rather than point at the Tories obvious duplicity. We can see what's going on. What can you offer as an alternative, Mr Corbyn. There has seldom been a better opportunity to win voters loyalty.Wake up and let's hear your plans.

  10. ''Theresa May lost every time because she went with her own judgement rather than the wishes of the majority''

If you mean 'majority' as in the British public, she went along with that by pursuing different routes out of the EU.But she didn't go along with the 'majority' of her Tory party who want to remain in it.In this way she honoured her position by making different attempts to leave Europe as the people had voted for it.Hr party ignored what the majority of people voted for and were more interested in what they were interested in themselves, thus abusing their position and acting dishonourably as a ruling party.

Boris and his 350 mil per week has yet to be discussed publicly or debunked by any opposition. When he said it, he thought it wold be the information that would swing the balance in a recession-torn Britain. It probably did. After that he didn't say much.He isn't now either. We've had enough Tory chancellors in the last few years and shadow chancellors. Why isn't that up for debate ?It's as though the banks have told them it isn't.There's an avenue awaiting exploration there, Mr Corbyn.

Farage and the posters...Doesn't matter really.fake posters or real posters make no difference. People who leave their house and go shopping have real eyes. They can see how real it all is.But the snowflakes have been programmed to breed too.If anyone says we're torn by recession, benefit reforms and a housing crisis and can't let a few million immigrants in until that's fixed, they're labelled a hater or politically incorrect and racist.Basically, pointing out that trying to pour a pint-or gallon- into a pint pot is going to leave a mess nobody can tidy up, means you're a bigot now.But we're surrounded by 'enlightened and evolved' wristband wearers fighting to post online about how they exposed the bigots and start another orgy of self congratulation as the country falls to pieces outside the window behind them..

Maybe he'll promote our importance to that of Germany now. After all, it's all about scratching each others back, isn't it.Just as long as no loose cannon gets any fancy ideas about scratching that of the public. In the meantime, all eyes on Nigel Farage as his campaign to get out of the EU gathers more and more momentum.Dirty deeds are about to find their way to the surface. The mainstream media( or Tory newsroom as it should be called) will be ambushing him at every turn as the fat cats in the Tory propaganda room whistle innocently as they stare into the distance.Complete and utter arseholes to a man, or woman.

No wonder Prince Charles avoids and snubs Andrew. I wonder how much of this case the UK papers will be allowed to cover, or censor.

    2. Old news 10 :18

Epstein / Andrew/ The Clintons and certain Tories past and present. I even mentioned it over a year ago on Ros'blog myself.

Even if it came out mainstream it wouldn't be until they had prepared a 'fake news' angle so we'd dismiss the truth along with it.Or say the 'source' had a history of trolling / fantasising.

Truth is, they don't care. They're untouchable. They make the rules for others not themselves. it's only wrong for us.

    3. I don't agree Z. This time around Trump is so despised, prosecutors will rip every crime of Epstein into microscopic pieces with zero protection for those rich, dirty old men who took part in them. They all have much to fear, Trump especially, who, cannot conceal his inability to communicate or connect with the opposite sex. He likes to portray himself as a 'ladies man' but the only chat up line he has, is 'I am very rich'. He has zero charisma. Strip him of his riches, and he is just another drooling Benny Hill with his fly open and his tongue hanging out. From the way Trump speaks about women, and his attitude towards young girls (if she weren't my daughter, I'd be dating her), that he was a frequent guest at Epsteins parties?

Trump believes that he is a great catch, even when married, he portrays himself as available so as not to disappoint the ladies. In his head beautiful women desire him, in reality they despise him, except maybe those who can see the dollar signs behind the grotesque exterior. Deep down he knows, none of them like him for himself, and that's got to hurt, on a daily basis.

Clinton on the other hand, fits more comfortably into the jet setting playboy image. He oozed charisma. I remember watching him speak at a Labour Party conference. He spoke for well over an hour to an audience who were captivated, not only by his words, but by the charm with which he delivered them. For me it was one of those iconic 'moments in time' that we always remember, though sadly I can't remember the content, doh!

In a discussion about Bill Clinton, one reader posted that she had once met the great man himself. Her reaction to meeting him in the flesh was priceless, not only could she have collapsed at his feet, but she was up for any obscenities he had in mind. And actually that was the overall consensus from the female audience.

It reminded me of the time I met the 'Cadbury's Milk Tray' man in the flesh. For the younger generation, he was a very handsome man, dressed all in black, who jumped off cliffs and climbed mountains to deliver chocolates to a beautiful lady. All in the all the dream man, especially the delivering of the chocolates bit.

I was working in the reception of a solicitor's office when he arrived. The effect he had on me and my colleague was dramatic, we were each offering to get him anything, I threw in an extra 'anything' just to be clear, lol.

Clinton will be damned, just like Trump I am sure, but I don't think I will ever see him as cruel and depraved, maybe I have a blindspot. Prince Andrew? No surprises there, it has always been obvious what a horrible, greedy, grasping, self entitled POS Airmiles Andy is. It is recounted in most royal books, and plain as day every time he gives an interview. I hope he is roasted by every comedian and political commentator in the land.

The icing on this particular threat to the rich and powerful would be finding Boris Johnson on a guest list. Fingers crossed.

    4. I'd like to think I'm wrong and you're right Ros.But I doubt it.

You make the right points about the protagonists but you're forgetting the golden rule which you often forget ; It's the ' Jimmy Savile Syndrome'. When JS was tapped on the shoulder as long back as the 70s by a young WPC he simply told her, 'you take me down, i take down your bosses and their bosses with them..go tell them i told you''. The res,t as we found out post 2012, is history.Everyone of these bloated pigs has something on another. You take one down, it gets chaotic. The result is that one will take one for the team and be suitably rewarded via big envelopes later ( Epstein).

It's easy to lay into Trump.Mainly because he's an utter twat that's now bordering on parody. His rise to power and favour dates back to the 70s. He epitomises the real American dream.Don't have a big bank account, have the biggest.Don't have a big building, have the biggest.Don't be wealthy, be obscenely rich and flaunt it.Pretend that you epitomise that Uncle Sam's back yard is a place where anyone can make it ( cue Sinatra).Trump was back-slapped by a collective of 100s of thousands of men who wanted to 'relate'.They knew inside that the young women and beautiful ones weren't attracted to his charm, intellect or beautiful hair. But it's all about the suspension of disbelief over there. Now he's challenging all comers to the only contest that America truly invented- a pissing contest.Where are you Mr Putin...

Clinton, on the other hand, represents the 'Kennedy Syndrome'.Before JFK all presidents were patriarchal 55 plus head teacher types who commanded respect. Then, in the decade that invented icons and idols JFK hit the stage with his young 40 something cool swagger and suits , his cool hair and handsome profile and the trophy wife. Then he welded the rat pack to the Kennedy clan via Peter Lawford and we had a rock and roll Hollywood President. All of this before a policy was even considered.Clinton( a self confessed JFK worshipper) followed the JFK route. He was smart and he had savvy. He had the suit and the looks. He had the cheek and the twinkle.Women loved him ( like many loved Ted Bundy). But the dark side of this moon may well turn out much darker than that of Trump.I think that was the real reason the recounts put Hilary away last time. The crap about her would have emerged, dragging with it, his.

Trump is obscene and flaunts it. He looks and behaves ridiculously. He's repellent.Clinton was the opposite ostensibly. But he was a handsome slick version who knew when to smile and play possum. If the real shit starts to fly, Clinton will be ducking and diving far more than Trump.I'd love both behind bars( as ell as Hilary). but nobody will pay for anything.Divided we fall etc.

  13. I don't think you understand the Trump phenomenon as well as I Z. To be fair, I have been obsessed with it, this is history in the making, this is the way the outside world views what is happening in the USA, with the kind of technology the people of 1930's didn't have. We children of the 1960's asked ourselves often, what would we have done if our government started to round up Jews, in this case undocumented immigrants, and placed in the overcrowded cages. Never Again was the headline of the 50's and 60's, never again. Trump is not a parody, he is evil man with licence to persecute, torture and murder, those he despises. Just like Hitler, and fuck Godwins Law.

You have totally bought into Trump University, if you believe all that crap about the Clintons. That you want to lock up Hilary for allegedly destroying emails over Trump allegedly raping 13 year olds, is a sign of your historical distorted thinking Z. You really need to learn how to spot the bad guys.

    1. The thing is, you know about Trump raping 13 year olds. How ?How is it in the public domain. It doesn't matter. What matters is that it is and that any one who suffered abuse at his hands is still out there and can provide more damage than an email. That whole email war running up to the election is a blight on Americas already questionable version of it's own history. If Hilary has the evidence, Hilary should bring it out.Trump would be destroyed.I know he's evil. But he is a parody of himself. His affected pout and hand gestures; his facial distortions; his big guy ' don't fuck with uncle sam' mentality he shares with his inner circle. It's so unreal it borders on surreal and movie-like.

Trump hates Mexico he says.Trump hates everone.Simple, really. The phrase 'narcissist' has been beaten to death in the last 4 years. But he's as close to it as anyone will ever be. He has the classic traits of the sociopath psychopath and narcissist in one distorted package.

The Hilary 'evil' was out there before Trump even through his hat into the ring.As was the Bill evil. And the Obama evil.Obama treated muslims like nazis treated jews.Guantanamo Bay ? Water Boarding ? Torture ? How long can illegal wars go on and how much money needs to be spent to sustain them ?

Check some youtubes of Trey Gowdy. Now there's man who could be a good president.I'd pay good money to see him and Trump go toe to toe.It would e a mauling.
